These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and vip155 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of all services available at vip155.app and any associated subdomains or applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the vip155 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive made available by vip155 to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a Member on any game or event available through the Platform.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (symbol: Rp), the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that vip155 may require Members to complete prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is illegal or from which access to or participation in the Platform is not permitted under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Member requests that their Account be temporarily suspended or permanently closed for responsible gaming purposes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the vip155 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. vip155 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.

• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by vip155 or any third-party responsible gaming body from which you have requested exclusion.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the vip155 platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus credits held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

vip155 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request and to provide supporting documentation (such as a government-issued identity card, passport, or proof of address) within the timeframe specified by the Platform.

• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.
• Any funds deposited into an Account registered with fraudulent details may be withheld pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
• vip155 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you. vip155 bears no liability for any losses or damages arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify the vip155 support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• vip155 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, and changing your password periodically.
• vip155 will never contact you to request your password or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Any attempt to access another Member's Account, or to use automated tools to access the Platform, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.

All financial transactions on the vip155 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vip155 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are charged; your bank or e-wallet provider may independently apply their own transfer charges, for which vip155 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. vip155 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your Account verification status.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. vip155 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications network.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require completion of the full KYC verification process before processing.
• Withdrawal processing times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) operating hours. Requests submitted outside standard hours or during peak periods (including Idul Fitri and other major Indonesian public holidays) may experience longer processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vip155 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• vip155 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

vip155 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• vip155 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence that the Bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed by ineligible Members.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or used in combination with other Bonuses unless specifically permitted.
• Members who are found to have opened multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming Bonuses multiple times will forfeit all Bonuses, associated winnings, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
• vip155 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus — and any winnings generated from it — if it was credited in error or claimed by an ineligible Member.

By placing any Wager on the vip155 platform, you accept the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to that product. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. vip155 will not cancel, void, or amend a Wager on the basis of a Member's change of mind after confirmation, except in circumstances where vip155 determines in its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• Sportsbook: vip155 offers markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton, volleyball, basketball, and E-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available across major football competitions. Market availability may vary by event and time of day. vip155 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or remove any market at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip155 platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban, in addition to any legal remedies available to vip155:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Colluding with other Members to exploit game or market mechanics, including chip dumping in poker-type games or coordinated multi-account betting.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or gain any unfair advantage over other Members or the Platform itself.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to place Wagers that would not have been available under normal operating conditions (commonly referred to as "arbing" manifest pricing errors).
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vip155 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members at no cost and with no waiting period:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vip155.
• The game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by vip155 under licence. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip155 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

vip155 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold any balance pending investigation — if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

• Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, vip155 will endeavour to complete its review within 14 calendar days and communicate the outcome to the Member via their registered email address.
• Where an Account is closed for cause (e.g., fraud, multiple accounts, prohibited conduct), vip155 may forfeit any Bonus credits and associated winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment method at vip155's discretion following the completion of any required legal or compliance review.
• You may close your Account at any time by contacting the vip155 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus credits) will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification.
• vip155 reserves the right to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with reasonable prior notice to Members where practicable.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the terms of vip155's applicable operating licence.

vip155 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform with SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games, and holds licences and certifications as required by its international operating framework. While the Platform primarily serves Indonesian players, it operates under the oversight of its international licencing authority. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally with the vip155 support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the licencing authority's dispute resolution framework. By accepting this Agreement, you waive any right to pursue such disputes through the courts of your local jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

vip155 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, vip155 will endeavour to notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage or by email to registered Members' email addresses, with reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.
